Once all of the shards are destroyed, get to the Crux of Darkness in Riis-Reborn Approach again and commune with it. Once you've killed all the enemies that spawn, yous'll get a Skeleton Key to take to the Exo Stranger in the Creation expanse of the Bray Exoscience area.
